Frequently asked questions
What are credits?
Credits are the one currency for every model. Each generation shows its cost before you run it; the cost depends on the model, resolution and duration, and is deducted when the job is accepted.
Do credits expire?
Top-up credits never expire. Plan credits reset at the start of each billing period, so use them before your renewal date.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from the billing portal in your account. Your plan and its credits stay available until the end of the period you already paid for.
What happens when a generation fails?
You get a full refund of that generation's credits automatically, including generations the provider blocks with its content filter.
Which models are included?
Every model in the picker, on every plan, including Free. Plans change how many credits you get each month, how many generations run in parallel and your top-up rate, never which models you can use.
