Terms of Service

1. The service

Bloom Creative lets you generate images, video and other media from text and reference files using third-party models. We may add, change or retire models and features at any time; generations already delivered are not affected.

2. Accounts

You need an account to generate. Keep your sign-in email secure and tell us at once if you think someone else is using your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and in any case at least 18.

3. Credits, plans and payments

• Generations cost credits. The cost is shown before you run a generation.
• Plan credits are granted on each paid invoice and reset at the start of every billing period.
• Top-up credits never expire and are used after plan credits.
• A failed generation, including one blocked by a provider's content filter, is refunded in full.
• You can cancel a plan at any time from the billing portal; it stays active until the end of the paid period. Credits are not exchangeable for money except where the law requires it.
• Prices exclude taxes, which are calculated at checkout.

4. Your content and outputs

You keep the rights you have in the prompts and files you upload, and you must have the right to use them. Subject to these terms and the providers' terms, you may use the outputs you generate for personal and commercial purposes. When you publish a generation to the Community, you allow us to display it, with its prompt and settings, on the service until you unpublish it.

5. Acceptable use

Our Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms. We may remove content, decline generations and suspend or close accounts that breach it.

6. Third-party models

Outputs are produced by third-party model providers. Prompts and reference files are sent to them to produce your result, and they may moderate requests under their own policies. Availability, quality and speed depend on those providers.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is. Generated outputs can be inaccurate, unexpected or unsuitable for a purpose; review them before you rely on them. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes and contact
