Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: October 22, 2026 (draft)

Bloom Creative is for making things you have the right to make. This policy lists what is never allowed. It applies to prompts, uploaded files, generated outputs and anything you publish to the Community.

1. Never allowed

  • Sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualizes anyone who is or appears to be under 18.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, including undressing, sexualizing or altering real people without their consent.
  • Impersonating real people without their consent, including deceptive likenesses, voices or endorsements.
  • Harassment, threats, hate or content intended to humiliate, intimidate or incite violence against anyone.
  • Content that infringes third-party intellectual property, such as copyrighted characters, logos or works you do not have rights to use.
  • Fraud, scams, malware, or deceptive media presented as genuine (for example fake news, forged documents or fabricated evidence).
  • Anything illegal where you are or where we operate.

2. Moderation by model providers

Outputs are produced by third-party model providers who moderate requests under their own policies. A generation they block is marked as such in your feed and its credits are refunded in full. Repeatedly submitting blocked requests, or trying to work around a filter, is a breach of this policy.

3. Community publishing

Anything you publish is visible to everyone. Publish only content you made and have the right to share, and nothing that would breach section 1. We may unpublish content and may remove the publishing right from accounts that misuse it.

4. Enforcement

We may decline generations, remove content, limit features, and suspend or close accounts that breach this policy, with or without notice depending on the severity. Where the law requires it we report content to the relevant authorities.

5. Reporting

Use the report action on any Community item, or email support@bloomdg.com with a link to the content and what is wrong with it.
